so you would think that after over a year since a natral disaster things would start to become normal. nope! and i am not talking about restraunts i used to go to or freinds i used to hang out with .. that is still fucked and a long way if ever on its way to being normal... for instance. i got a parking ticket.. i go to the place to pay it on city park avanue where the ticket says to pay it.. and then there is a note on the waterlined door saying to go to claborne in the Treme across town... or if you need eye glasses ... and you call around in the phone book that came to your doorstep a month ago and half the places either dont answer becasue they have new fucked up hours or the phone is just disconectted.. . or if you need an oil change and all the places you drive past have the garage door still hangging on half way by a peice of ripped up metal... fuck this . here is a picture of a kitty..
